Lauren + James met through. . “the Universe putting us exactly where we needed to be in our lives, both mindfully and physically.” Lauren was reading a book about the Appalachian Trail. James showed her his AT tattoo. They shared their trail names (Lauren’s is Marry Poppins!) and proceeded to fall head over heels in love.
When it came time to decide where to marry, the answer was clear - the Appalachian Trail, of course!
On an exquisite late July morning, Lauren bustled her dress to her pack with a carabiner, and off they went, with two very excited boys (and one equally excited photographer) trailing after.
When Lauren read her vows to Liam + Porter, and gifted them engraved Swiss Army knives, I had to blink away tears to see through my camera lens.
